Pass Through Credential

The Pass Through can be assigned to a badge, keypad code, or mobile credential and allows this credential to do the following:

ISONAS Devices (RC-04 & P-Bridge)

A credential with this property will unlock a door for which it has access even when the door is in a locked down state
A credential with this property grants 24/7 access to any door where the user currently has Grant Access permissions
A credential with this property will bypass a configured 2FA weekly rule

Schlage Devices (Schlage RC, NDE, LE)

A credential with this property will unlock a door for which it has access even when the door is in a locked down state

!Note that a pass through credential does not provide grant access permissions to all access points in a tenant. The user profile with a pass through credential must have Grant Access permission for the access point(s) they’re attempting to access otherwise they will be declined.

Adding Pass Through Credential Special Property

1. Click the Users tab on the left side navigation:
   
2. Click next to the user for which you want to add a master credential
3. Select Manage Credentials
   
4. Click next to the credential for which you will be enabling the master property
   
5. Click next to Special Properties then select the slider for Pass Through to enable the master property
