1. Click the Users tab on the left side navigation:
  2. Near the top of the screen will be a search bar and filter options
  3. Search can be used to find a user from their:
    1. Name
    2. Web access username
    3. Credential information
    4. User defined field information
  4. To filter the user list down, first click one of the following chip filters to expand the selection:
  5. Once expanded, select the appropriate check boxes for which you would like to filter results then click to apply changes
    • Alternatively, click to remove all filters for the selected category
