- Who receives license expiration emails?
Scenario Who receives the email Standalone tenant Only users with the Administrator role and web access enabled. Regular web-access users and API user accounts do not receive it. RMR license type Not sent to user accounts. Sent instead to the contact email addresses stored on the tenant record: integratorContactEmail and contactEmail. Reminder timing Emails are sent 30, 15, 5, 3, and 1 day before the license expires.
