Isonas legacy real-time devices (Isonas RC-04 & IP Bridge) will update their time automatically as long as they are connected to the server at time of the update. If not, they need to be reconnected and a compile pushed from the web app.
As of March 2026, All Schlage devices (Control, NDE, LE, XE360, CTE, Schlage RC) automatically receive Daylight Saving Time (DST) configuration and updates. The device audits and access schedules update automatically when DST occurs – based on their designated time zone.
To confirm which devices have received the DST update, use the Sync Report in Zentra. Filter the report by date to identify any devices that have not synced since the DST change occurred. Devices that have not yet synced will update the next time a sync is performed.
For offline locks that have not yet synced, perform a Device Sync using the Engage Mobile App to apply the update immediately.
